    I thought you did a nice job on your article review. I think it is great you are on the team that is pushing for more technology. The school I teach in has an LCD player for every classroom and they are very nice to have; the kids love when I role mine out on the cart. They just love learning about something new from the Internet I do make sure I always back it up with a post lesson or review.

    Tara- interesting pick! It is SO WEIRD seeing overheads anymore! ☺ My school has promethean boards for all intermediate classrooms and I love it! My students really get to see technology at its best! I like how you pointed out that students can view the computer all at one time without pushing and shoving to see ONE computer screen. So true! This also works great to show videos with DVDs on those “celebration-movie-days.” ☺ Good luck with your technology grant! Our kindergarten classes have PM boards too and a Kdg teacher of ours uses it as a center for creativity. She calls it “The Magic Board.” Kindergarteners would love this! ☺
